Excursion to the creeks of Esterel, Ile d'Or, Cap Dramont, Agay and AnthEor
Discover the unmissable Var coast seen from the sea for an enchanting moment!
Opt for this excursion in the Calanques de l'Estrel from Saint-Raphael. In a small group aboard a comfortable 12-passenger boat, explore every nook and cranny of the coast. You will appreciate the sumptuous landscapes during this walk punctuated by the captain's comments.
As soon as you leave the port, head towards Esterel and admire the Earth Lion and the Sea Lion, small islands near Boulouris and Valescure. Discover beautiful landscapes. Slowly split the waves near the Ile des Vieilles, a small rocky islet.
The boat will also maneuver in the beautiful bay of Agay where even dust, according to Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, would smell good.
Then head to our jewels: Cap Dramont, Ile d'Or, the creeks of Anthéor. Enjoy Île d'Or, from which Hergé was inspired for his famous album of the adventures of Tintin the Black Island.
Further up, admire the summits of the Esterel: Cap Roux and Pic de l'Ours .
Your boat will come as close as possible to the shore and guide you where a larger boat cannot access! At minimum speed, take the time to observe and enjoy the wonders that surround you. Close to the coast, also admire the caves whose rock and faults have been sculpted by erosion.
Discover secret coves that are difficult to access for other boats .
Jacques-Antoine, your captain on board, will be happy to tell you about the history of the region, to inform you about the fauna, the flora, and the geological characteristics of this formation of volcanic origin. Do not hesitate to question it to satisfy your curiosity!
During this break at sea, the boat will stop and let you bask in the heat of the sun and the azure blue sky, accompanied by a well-deserved refreshment to relax you.
You can also relax and swim (weather permitting) in one of the wild coves of the Esterel . This recreational break at sea will also be the time for you to watch out for the manifestations of the underwater fauna!
Also, do you know why the rock of the Estérel massif is red? This color is due to rhyolite, a rock resulting from lava that has risen to the surface following a movement of tectonic plates causing volcanic flows.
Don't wait any longer for a boat trip that will take you to unravel the mysteries of the Estérel creeks!
(The activities offered may vary depending on weather conditions.)
Experience an enchanting stroll along the Saint-Tropez peninsula. Unique landscapes await you!
Facing the bay of Cannes and along the Estérel massif, are two islands of legendary charm.
